Overview
Notes can be created for transactional records, contacts and items. Other users can be notified about a note by being @mentioned in the note. To access notes, go to a transactional record, contact or item and click on “Notes” tab.
Creating notes
To create a note complete the following steps:
- Go to a transactional record, contact or item and click on the “Notes” tab
- Click on the “+ New Note” button
- Enter and format note
- Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the form
Editing notes
To edit a note complete the following steps:
- Go to a transactional record, contact or item and click on the “Notes” tab
- Click on the three dots “…” at the right of the note you want to edit
- Click on “Edit” in dropdown and make any changes you want
- Click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the form
Deleting notes
To delete a note complete the following steps:
- Go to a transactional record, contact or item and click on the “Notes” tab
- Click on the three dots “…” at the right of the note you want to edit
- Click on “Delete” in dropdown
- Click “OK” when asked if you are sure
