Overview
Notes can be created for transactional records, contacts and items. Other users can be notified about a note by being @mentioned in the note. To access notes, go to a transactional record, contact or item and click on “Notes” tab.
Creating notes
To create a note complete the following steps:
Go to a transactional record, contact or item and click on the “Notes” tab
Click on the “New Note” button
Enter and format note
Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the form
Editing notes
To edit a note complete the following steps:
Go to a transactional record, contact or item and click on the “Notes” tab
Click on the three dots “…” at the right of the note you want to edit
Click on “Edit” in dropdown and make any changes you want
Click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the form
Deleting notes
To delete a note complete the following steps:
Go to a transactional record, contact or item and click on the “Notes” tab
Click on the three dots “…” at the right of the note you want to edit
Click on “Delete” in dropdown
Click “OK” when asked if you are sure
