Overview
Locations is used to manage bill to and ship to location(s). To access locations click the gear icon at the top right, then click "Lists" in the left menu, then click "Locations" in the left menu. To sort list of locations click on the column header name for the criteria you want to sort by. To filter the list of locations click on the "Filters" button, select filters and click "Save" and to remove filters click the "Reset" button.
Adding locations
Users can add locations one at a time or by importing a list of locations from a CSV file.
To add locations one at a time complete the following steps:
- Click on the gear icon at the top right
- Click on "Lists" in the left menu
- Click on "Locations" in the left menu
- Click on the "+ New Location" button above the list of locations
- Enter location information
- Click the "Save" or the "Save + New" button at the bottom of the form

Editing locations
To edit locations complete the following steps:
- Click on the gear icon at the top right
- Click on "Lists" in the left menu
- Click on "Locations" in the left menu
- Click on the location that you want to edit
- Click on the "Edit" button
- Make changes and then click on the "Save" or "Save + New" button at the bottom of the form
Deleting locations
Users can delete locations one at a time or in bulk.
To delete locations one at a time complete the following steps:
- Click on the gear icon at the top right
- Click on "Lists" in the left menu
- Click on "Locations" in the left menu
- Click on the location that you want to delete
- Click on the "More" button
- Click on "Delete" in the dropdown
To delete locations in bulk complete the following steps:
- Click on the gear icon at the top right
- Click on "Locations" in the left menu
- Click on the checkbox to the left of "Location ID" for each location that you want to delete
- Click on the "More" button
- Click on "Delete" in the dropdown
Note that locations that are tied to transactions cannot be deleted.
Making locations active or inactive
Users can make locations active or inactive one at a time or in bulk.
To make locations active or inactive one at a time complete the following steps:
- Click on the gear icon at the top right
- Click on "Lists" in the left menu
- Click on "Locations" in the left menu
- Click on the location that you want to make active or inactive
- Click on the "More" button
- Click on "Active" or "Inactive" in the dropdown
To make locations active or inactive in bulk complete the following steps:
- Click on the gear icon at the top right
- Click on "Lists" in the left menu
- Click on "Locations" in the left menu
- Click on the checkbox to the left of "Location ID" for each location that you want to make active or inactive
- Click on the "More" button
- Click on "Active" or "Inactive" in the dropdown
Exporting locations
Users can export locations by completing the following steps:
- Click on the gear icon at the top right
- Click on "Locations" in the left menu
- Click on the "Export" button
- Select the information you want to export and click "OK"
Note that any filters set on the list of locations when user clicks on the "Export" button will be applied to the export.
