Overview
People are users and other personnel. To access people click the gear icon at the top right, then click "People" in the left menu. To sort the list of people click on the column header name for the criteria you want to sort by. To filter the list of people click on the "Filters" button, select filters and click "Save" and to remove filters click the "Reset" button.
Adding people
Users can add people one at a time or by importing a list of people from a CSV file.
To add people one at a time complete the following steps:
- Click on the gear icon at the top right
- Click on "People" in the left menu
- Click on the "+ New Person" button above the list of people
- Enter person’s information
- Click the "Save" or the "Save + New" button at the bottom of the form

Inviting people
To invite people to be users complete the following steps:
- Click on the gear icon at the top right
- Click on "People" in the left menu
- Click on the checkbox to left of "First Name" column
- Click on the “More” button
- Click on "Invite"
After you click “Invite” an email will be sent to the person’s email address notifying them that they have been invited to be a user. The notification email will include a link that the user must click to create a password and complete the sign up process.
Editing people
To edit people complete the following steps:
- Click on the gear icon at the top right
- Click on "People" in the left menu
- Click on the person that you want to edit
- Click on the "Edit" button
- Make changes and then click on the "Save" or "Save + New" button at the bottom of the form
Note that after a user completes the sign up process only they can change the First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone number on their account.
Deleting people
Users can delete people one at a time or in bulk.
To delete people one at a time complete the following steps:
- Click on the gear icon at the top right
- Click on "People" in the left menu
- Click on the person that you want to delete
- Click on the "More" button
- Click on "Delete" in the dropdown
To delete people in bulk complete the following steps:
- Click on the gear icon at the top right
- Click on "People" in the left menu
- Click on the checkbox to the left of "First Name" for each person that you want to delete
- Click on the "More" button
- Click on "Delete" in the dropdown
Note that people that are assigned as "Manager" of other people or that are tied to transactions cannot be deleted.
Revoking a person’s user access
To revoke a person’s user access complete the following steps:
- Click on the gear icon at the top right
- Click on "People" in the left menu
- Click on the checkbox to left of "First Name" column
- Click on the “More” button
- Click on "Revoke access"
Making people active or inactive
Users can make people active or inactive one at a time or in bulk.
To make people active or inactive one at a time complete the following steps:
- Click on the gear icon at the top right
- Click on "People" in the left menu
- Click on the person that you want to make active or inactive
- Click on the "More" button
- Click on "Active" or "Inactive" in the dropdown
To make people active or inactive in bulk complete the following steps:
- Click on the gear icon at the top right
- Click on "People" in the left menu
- Click on the checkbox to the left of "First Name" for each person that you want to make active or inactive
- Click on the "More" button
- Click on "Active" or "Inactive" in the dropdown
Exporting people
Users can export people by completing the following steps:
- Click on the gear icon at the top right
- Click on "People" in the left menu
- Click on the "Export" button
Note that any filters set on the list of people when user clicks on the "Export" button will be applied to the export.
